June 22. In order to expand its business in Russian speaking markets CTXM participated in the 18th International Gaming and Amusement Trade Show EELEX 2009 in Moscow in the beginning of June. An increasing interest for online gambling solutions was recognised during the event.
Despite the fact, that currently gambling business is experiencing several constraints in Russia, CTXM monitored an increasing interest for its products and solutions from both merchants and potential partners.
“We think that Russian market has a great potential, despite the fact that currently gambling industry in Russian speaking markets falls behind compared to the rest of the world. On behalf of that, we plan to extend our worldwide partner network here in Russia. We are very pleased to provide our world-class online gambling solutions to Russian gambling business owners,” says Udy Yosha, CEO of CTXM.
As already known, new rules approved in late 2006 require all gambling centres to move to one of four zones established for the industry by July 1 of this year. “Due to the new regulations Russian casino owners will face a need for innovative solutions to develop their business. Going online is a superior alternative to land based casino solution, as online gambling business has no geographical limitations,” comments Mr. Yosha.
