Graphic Designer
Basic Graphic designer’s tasks are:
- Produce and update web graphics and multimedia design for web pages and web applications, including creating images and graphics in accordance with the requirements;
- Visually integrate and enhance the architecture, UI and navigation, within technical specifications;
- Produce visual concepts, homepage designs, game ideas, navigation and page template layouts;
Requirements:
- An ability to easily adopt a number of different artistic styles
- User Interface flow understanding
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dream weaver and Fireworks;
- Extensive experience with at least one desktop publishing/imaging application in the following categories:
- Photo Editing (Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro);
- Multimedia (Macromedia Director, Flash, streaming audio and video);
- Technical knowledge to facilitate working with programmers in integrating their code with web interfaces a plus;
- Knowledge of web graphics formats and web optimization standards;
- 1+ year experience in Web Design and/or New Media.
